On Track through Mt. Diablo Adult Education is an educational day program serving the unique needs of adults with acquired brain injury. This program provides a structured environment that assists individuals with ABI relearn old skills, develop new strategies, increase independence, build self-esteem and cognitive skills, prepare to return to paid or volunteer work, and socialize and support one another. Our goal is to assist individuals with acquired brain injury in transitioning from rehabilitation to once again becoming active and participating members of the community.

Spring has sprung!

Spring inspires us with the spectacular of new growth and vibrant colors. Beginning with the spotlight of three views of a cheerful lighthouse, and a recent classroom mural by Jonathan, we jump into Spring images with enthusiasm and the On Track brand of creativity!
